Angelita Barragan- De Zepeda

Maria Angelita Barragan- De Zepeda, 88, of Liberal, passed away on Monday December 7, 2020 at her home. She was born on March 15, 1932 to Antonio Barragan and Paula Gomez at Jalisco, Mexico. She married to Crisanto Zepeda at Jalisco, Mexico; he preceded her in death on 1985. Angelita was a skilled seamstress who enjoyed making beautiful dresses and crocheted art pieces. She was a sweet and charismatic mother to all, who welcomed everyone as her own. She was a member of the Camino de Santidad Church in Liberal. Angelita is survived by seven children, AnaMaria Alvarez of Jalisco Mexico Javier Zepeda of Liberal, KS, Griselda Zepeda-De Magana of Santa María, CA, Eva Zepeda-De Magana of Santa María, CA, Gloria Zepeda of Liberal, KS, Ofelia Zepeda-De Jimenez of Liberal, KS,Jorge Zepeda of Liberal, KS; 20 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Evelia Zepeda, and son, Ramon Zepeda. An all day viewing will be held at the Camino de Santidad Church on Thurday December 10th starting at 11:00am. A Private Family Only Service will be held on Friday December 11, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Camino de Santidad Church. The service will be Live Streamed through the Miller Mortuary Face Book page. Burial will follow in the Liberal City Cemetery.
