Billy W. Watson

Billy W. Watson, 77 of Liberal, passed away on Friday June 13, 2025 at his home.

Billy was born on December 5, 1947 in Perryton, TX to Riley and Edna Watson (Edwards). Shortly after he was born, the family moved to Liberal, KS where he spent most of his life.

He married Linda J. Brechbuhler on December 16, 1970, she survives. Together they had a daughter, Mandy Watson and a son, Paris Watson.

Billy enjoyed golf and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He worked for Panhandle Eastern Pipeline until retiring in 2008. 

He is survived by his Wife, Linda Watson of Liberal, KS, Daughter, Mandy Watson of Liberal, KS, Son, Paris Watson of San Antonio, TX, Grandchildren; Treyvan Watson of Wichita, KS, Brayden Watson of Austin, TX, Sydney and Reese Watson of San Antonio, TX, Great- Grandchild, Autumn Dawn Watson, Brothers; Jerry Watson of Topeka, KS, Danny Watson of Warrior, AL, Lonnie Watson of Holyrood, KS, Sister, Judy Faire of Russellville, KS.

Billy was preceded in death by his Parents; Riley and Edna Watson, 2 Brothers; Randy Watson and Larry Watson, 2 sisters; Genita Watson and Elizabeth Watson. 

There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Life Service may be announced at a later date.
