Charles Wagner

Charles William "Charlie Bill" Wagner, 56, of Liberal, passed away on Tuesday March 5, 2024 at his residence in Liberal, KS.  
 
He was born in 1967 to Henry and Agnes Wagner.

Charlie Bill grew up in Elkhart, KS and was a graduate of Elkhart High School. Growing up he enjoyed baseball and fishing.
He loved music; he was an exceptional guitar player and he really enjoyed singing. Charlie Bill attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Liberal.

He is survived by his Brother, Kenneth Wagner.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents.
 
There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place.

A Family Directed Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm Monday March 11 2024 at the Park Lane Towers Community Building 1401 N New York Ave. in Liberal, Kansas.
