Connie Smith

Connie C Smith, 73, formerly of Liberal, passed away on Wednesday April 17, 2024 at the Lone Tree Retirement Center in Meade, KS.  
 
She was born on May 4, 1950 to Colin and Imogene (Ives) Smith at Liberal, KS.

Connie was a graduate of Liberal High School; class of 1968. Connie worked as a Billing Clerk for National Beef Packing Co; retiring in 2012 after 40 plus years of working. She dearly loved her son and grandchildren.

Connie is survived by her Brother, Barry Smith of Liberal, KS; Daughter in Law, Mary Smith of Moore, OK; Two Granddaughters, Jenelle Smith of Moore, OK, Jasmin (Ryan) Laronde of Duncan, OK; Two Grandsons, Jacob Smith of Moore, OK, Justin (Beth) Smith of Moore, OK; Great-granddaughter, Lilly. Niece, Rachel Barnett of Denver, CO; Two Nephews, Andrew (Kristen) Smith of Aurora, CO, Matthew (Jules) Smith of Aurora, CO; Half-Sister, Judi Everts Cranmer of Walnut Creek, CA.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and Son, Gregory Smith.
 
There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place.

A Family Held Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the CrossPoint Church in Liberal, KS.
