JoAnn Dean

˜ JoAnn Dean, 77, Sand Springs, OK, died Saturday, August 7, 2010,at her home. She was born January 22, 1933 at Dodge City, KS, the daughter of Fred & Bessie L. Desper Kirkpatrick. JoAnn graduated high school at Forgan, OK in 1951. She lived in Wichita for five years before moving to Beaver, OK and worked with her husband. Following retirement she moved to Sand Springs in 1997. She was a member for the Church of Christ, Beaver and Sand Springs. On September 30, 1951, she married Virgil W. Dean at Forgan, OK,he survives. In addition to her husband Virgil, she is survived by one son, Terry Dean and wife Jeri, Forgan, OK; two daughters, Patty Campbell and husband Ronnie, Sand Springs, OK; Pam Bradt, Prue, OK; two brothers, Raymond Kirkpatrick, Wichita, KS; Jerry Kirkpatrick and wife Pat, Wichita, KS; two sisters, Susie Kinchloe and husband Mel, Wichita, KS; Deloris Vest, Dodge City, KS; sister in law Donita Eyer and husband Donald, Elmwood, OK; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Friday at the Church of Christ, Beaver, OK, with Pastors Elliott Dunn & David Glascock presiding. Interment will be in the Pioneer Cemetery. Friends may call at the Miller Mortuary 5-8 P.M. Wednesday and 9 A.M.- 1 P.M., 5-8 P.M. at the Church of Christ Beaver on Thursday.
