She had a special way of making people feel seen and deeply loved, and her warmth left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She is survived by her four daughters: Lorena DeHerrera of Liberal, Kansas; Dora (Joe) Sieber of Liberal, Kansas; Mary Ann (David) Batterman of Amarillo, Texas; and Jessica Maestas of Hooker, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her brothers: Joe (Stephanie) DeHerrera of Clayton, New Mexico; Gene (Sylvia) DeHerrera of Guymon, Oklahoma; Bobby (Ann) DeHerrera of Purcell, Oklahoma; and Gary (Susie) DeHerrera of Guymon, Oklahoma; as well as her sister, Odilia (Epifanio) Sintas of Raton, New Mexico.

Louise was a proud and devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her three grandsons: Jimmy Ortiz (Ryan Hebert) of Amarillo, Texas; Caius Smith of Perryton, Texas; and Tavin Sieber of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by four granddaughters: Chelsey (Callie) McWhorter of Amarillo, Texas; Haley Smith (Mike Ayala) of Perryton, Texas; Taylor Abbott of Liberal, Kansas; and Teja Sieber of Fort Worth, Texas. She is further survived by two great-grandsons, Auden Ayala and Corvo McWhorter, and one great-granddaughter, Anya Ayala.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Frank DeHerrera; her father, Frank DeHerrera Sr.; and her mother, Rebecca DeHerrera.
