Marge Curry

Marjorie Eileen "Marge" Curry, 92, of Liberal, passed away on Tuesday March 12, 2024 at Southwest Medical Center.
 
She was born on April 26, 1931 to John and Ellen (Jennings) Kauffman at Pleasanton, KS.

Marge was a graduate of Pleasanton High School. She worked as a clerk for Engel's Conoco 1975-1980, Engel's U-Serv 1981-2007, the Hutches C Store 2007-2016 on the corner of old S. HWY 83 and Pine Street; retiring in 2016. She enjoyed bowling, gardening, and KC Royals baseball.
 
Marge is survived by her Daughter, Connie Jordan of Liberal, KS; Two Sons, Dennis Curry and wife Sharon of Cheyenne, WY, Roger Curry and wife LaDonna of Council Bluffs, IA;  Sister, Virginia Schmid of Conroe, TX; Seven Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, and Two Great Great Grandchildren.
 
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Sister, Ida Mary Crail, Two Brothers, Donald Kauffman and John Kauffman..
 
There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday April 26, 2024 at the Miller Mortuary Chapel with Pastor John Moses, officiating.
