Rebecca Dawn Fairchild Ball, 41, of Kismet, passed away on May 15, 2015 at St. Francis Via Christi Medical Center in Wichita, KS after a long battle with Diabetes. She was born on December 7, 1973 to Gary and Jane (Seachord) Fairchild in Oklahoma City, OK. She and her family moved to Fairbury, Nebraska from Oklahoma City when she was 3 years old where she spent the most of her childhood. She then moved to Mahaska, KS before her sophomore year where she graduated from North Central High School in Morrowville, Kansas, class of 1992. On February 26, 1993 she married Dennis Ball in Dodge City, KS, to this union three children were born. Becca enjoyed shopping, listening to music and singing. Most importantly she loved being a mom and spending time with her kids and grandkids! She was a member of the Kismet United Methodist Church. She is survived by her Husband, Two Sons- Nickolas J. Ball and Maxwell D. Ball of Kismet, KS; One Daughter- Maggie Dawn Ball and Son In Law AJ Talsma of Sublette, KS; two granddaughters- Myah Jolene and Ryleigh Dawn Talsma of Sublette, KS; One Sister- Sara and husband Mitchell Flynn of Dawson, NE; Three Brothers- Rand Marsh, Billy Marsh and Clifford Marsh. Several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters- Harmony and Tanya, and One brother- Jeffery. Memorial Services will be held 10:30 am Tuesday May 19, 2014, at the Kismet United Methodist Church with Pastor Larry Myers officiating. Cremation has taken place.
