Richard Cecil
Richard Leonard Cecil, 71, of Liberal, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023 at his home.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth; Son, James Cecil of Woodburn, OR; Daughter, Keri Lambert and husband Justin of Liberal; Two Grandchildren Tj and Ashleigh Cecil of Liberal; Sister, Gina Deaton.
There will be no services as requested by Richard and his family.
