Scarlet Dawn Miller

Scarlet Dawn Miller, 72, of Liberal, passed away on Sunday October 15, 2023 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, Kansas.  
  
She was born on March 26, 1951 to James and Helen (Bowker) Miller at St. John , KS. 

Scarlet grew up on the family farm west of St. John. She loved balloons!

Scarlet is survived by her Niece, Darcy Basye and her family of Arlington, KS. 
  
She was preceded in death by Father, James Howard Miller, Mother, Helen Carol Miller, Sister, Angela Linton.
  
A private Celebration of Life will be held.
