Todd Foster

William Todd Foster, age 60, formerly of Liberal, passed away at his home on Tuesday December 2, 2025 in Wolfforth, TX.

He was born to Bill K. Foster and Jean Ann Haddock Foster on September 14, 1965 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal KS.

Todd was a graduate of Liberal High School; class of 1984. He then went on to attend Kansas University. Todd was a diehard KU Jayhawks and Denver Broncos fan. He had worked in IT over the past 10 plus years.

Todd is survived by his daughter, Morgan Alayna Foster Martin of Raymore, MO; father Bill (Carol) Foster of Liberal, KS; mother, Jean Ann Foster (James Jackson) of Liberal, KS; brother, Troy Foster of Kansas City, MO; sister, Traci (Cory) Pearson of McPherson KS; aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Viewing will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, December 11, 2025 with the family present to greet friends from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Miller Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Friday, December 12, 2025 at Faith Tabernacle Church with Pastor Rex Petty, officiating.

Burial will follow at the Liberal City Cemetery.
