Allen, 54, Liberal, KS, died Saturday, December 24, 2011, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, KS. ˜ She was born January 4, 1957 at Beaver, OK, the daughter of Mervin & Thelma Vassar Roberts. ˜ She attended Liberal schools. ˜˜ She married Carlos Allen, Jr. in 1974, they divorced. ˜˜˜ She is survived by one son, Joseph Allen, Liberal, KS; two daughters, Chassy Allen, Liberal, KS;˜ Misty Allen, Pierceville, KS; her mother Thelma Dowdy, Tipton, OK;˜ one brother, Russell Roberts˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜ and wife Lisa, Enid, OK; and five grandchildren. ˜˜ Funeral service will conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Miller Chapel with Rev. Rex Petty presiding. ˜˜˜ Friends may call at the Miller Mortuary 4-8 P.M. Friday and 9 A.M. until service time. ˜˜ Cremation will follow funeral service. ˜ The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to the Toye F.
