James Ray Oliver

James Ray Oliver, 62 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at his home.

He was born June 17, 1960 to Loyd and JoAnna (Clark) Oliver at Liberal, Kansas.

James is survived by his Brother, Terry Oliver of Beaver, OK, Sisters Linda Randall of Fairview, OK and Barbara Moreau of Shell Knob, MO. James is also survived by a special friend, Deanna Mitchell and his dog, Casper.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, and two sisters, Karen Rich and Debbie Turner.

There will be no public viewing as cremation has taken place.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Liberal City Cemetery at 1:00 pm Monday, October 17, 2022.
