Obituary
Patricia Ann Hinton, 86, of Liberal, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at the St Francis Via Christi Hospital in Wichita, KS.
She was born on July 27, 1936 to Houston and Nannie (Parker) Owens in Beaver County, OK.
On August 22, 1959 she married Thomas Gene Hinton in Perryton, TX; Gene preceded her in death on October 11, 2009.
Pat grew up in the Beaver, OK area. She enjoyed playing Bingo and cards with her family after Sunday Dinners. She loved being with her family. Pat never knew a stranger and welcomed many in to her home. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.
Patricia is survived by son, Jerry Hinton and wife Virginia of Liberal, KS; Three Daughters, Barbara Kirkland and husband Craig of Hot Springs, AR, Brenda Skinner of Claremore, OK, Carol Ann Bennett and husband Rock of New Castle, OK; 22 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, and several Nieces & Nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, 1 Daughter, Fayrene Martin, 1 Brother, 5 Sisters, and 1 Grandson.
Viewing will be 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm Wednesday April 19th at Miller Mortuary, Liberal, Kansas.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Thursday, April 20th at the Central Christian Church with Pastor Chuck Scroggs, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Restlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
